Although we make every effort to ensure your bets are settled quickly and correctly there may be instances when an error could occur (either human or system) that results in the incorrect settlement of a bet.
Before you raise the issue with us please consider the following:
1. Was the bet placed using Sports Bonus Funds? - If so please be aware the stake is not returned to a winning bet. Please see here for more details.
2. Has there been a Rule 4 deduction? - You can check various results websites for details of non-runners.
3. Did you place the correct bet? - It is possible you placed a different bet to what you thought, for example you may have bet on the result for the second half only and not the full time result for a football match. You can check on the bet description in My Account.
If after checking these you still believe the bet to have been settled incorrectly then please contact us through either live chat or email. You can also request a Call Back (In English Only). We will be able to forward the details to our settlements team and adjust your balance accordingly.
