1. General Rules

The settlement of all Race Markets will be settled by the Preliminary Race Classification document published by the FIA at the end of each race. The Preliminary Qualifying/Practice Classification document(s) will be used to settle all Qualifying and Practice Markets. These documents are available for public viewing on the FIA website. Any subsequent enquiries/disqualifications/penalties will not affect the settlement of bets. If a race is abandoned and no result is declared by the FIA, all bets will be made void.

2. General Race Rules

All race markets you are betting on a driver who competes for his current team, this will appear in brackets next to the driver, if the driver changes teams prior to a start of any F1 race then all bets on that driver will be made void.

3. Non Runners

All Formula 1 markets (Championship, Qualifying, Practice and Race) are “all in compete or not”, unless the accompanying web note or specific market rule states otherwise.

4. Championship Betting

Bets will be determined by the number of points accumulated immediately after the final race of the season and will not be affected by any subsequent enquiries/disqualifications. The official ranking published by the FIA will be used to settle competitors who have the same number of points.

5. Race Winner, Winning Car

Settled in accordance to our General Rules and based on the information supplied by the FIA.

6. Fastest Qualifier, Fastest Qualifying Car

Settled in accordance to our General Rules and based on the information supplied by the FIA. If for some reason the final session does not take place we will settle on the official grid as formed by the FIA. Grid position penalties do not apply for settlement purposes.

7. Match Betting

Settled in accordance to our General Rules. In the event of neither competitor finishing the race, the number of full laps completed will be used for settlement of Race Match Bets. If both competitors have completed the same number of full laps, all bets will be deemed void. Both competitors must be classified as starting the race for bets to stand. For Qualifying Match Bets, both competitors must complete one timed lap or market will be made void, bets will first be settled on the driver to progress furthest in Qualifying, then followed by the fastest time set.

8. Winning Nationality

Settled in accordance to our General Rules. This market will be settled on the Nationality of the Race Winner as defined by the FIA.

9. Highest Scoring Constructor

Settled in accordance to our General Rules. For bets to be evaluated, the competitor(s) must be classified as starting the race. If a competitor does not start (DNS), all bets for the competitor(s) will be deemed void.

10. Dual Forecast

Settled in accordance to our General Rules. If a driver does not start the race, all bets including this driver will be deemed void.

11. Best of the Rest, Betting Without

Settled in accordance to our General Rules. Only named drivers count.

12. Group Betting

Settled in accordance to our General Rules. The Winner will be settled as the highest placed competitor. If all competitors in the group fail to be classified then the competitor completing the most laps will be deemed the winner. If all competitors in the group fail to be classified and two or more drivers retired on the same lap then dead-heat rules apply.

13. Podium Finish, Top 4 Finish, Top 6 Finish, Points Finish, Not To Finish In The Points

Settled in accordance to our General Rules. In the Not To Finish In The Points market, a competitor classified as Did Not Finish (DNF) will be classed as a winner for settlement purposes.

14. Double Podium Finish, Double Top 6 Finish, Double Points Finish

Settled in accordance to our General Rules. For bets to be evaluated, both competitors must be classified as starting the race. If a competitor does not start (DNS), all bets for the competitor(s) will be deemed void.

15. To Be Classified, Not To Be Classified, Both Cars To Be Classified

Settled in accordance to our General Rules. For bets to be evaluated, the competitor(s) must be classified as starting the race. If a competitor does not start (DNS), all bets for the competitor(s) will be deemed void.

16. First Driver Retirement, First Constructor Retirement:

Settled in accordance to our General Rules. For bets to be evaluated, a competitor must be classified as starting the race. If a competitor does not start (DNS), bets for the competitor will be deemed void. Settlement will be determined by the lap number a competitor retires. If more than one competitor retires on the same lap dead-heat rules apply.

17. Will There Be A Safety Car?

The deployment of the Virtual Safety Car (VSC) will be settled as NO. If a Grand Prix is started under a Safety Car or Virtual Safety Car (for instance, due to inclement weather) this shall not be considered a Safety Car Period for settlement purposes.

18. Fastest in Qualifying Session 1/2

Settled in accordance to our General Rules and based on the information supplied by the FIA. Only times recorded in the qualifying session named count. If for some reason the session named does not take place then eligible bets will be made void.

19. To Reach Qualifying Session Three

Settled in accordance to our General Rules.

20. Fastest Lap

Settled using the official FIA classification. Only time set during the race count.

21. Leader After Lap 1, 5 & 10

For settlement purposes the winner is deemed to be the driver leading the race as they cross the start/finish line after 1,5,10 classified race lap(s). If the race fails to make the necessary laps all bets will be void.

22. Driver Hattrick, Team Hattrick

To record the fastest qualifying time, win the race and record the fastest race lap. Settled in accordance to our General Rules.

23. Race Winner and Fastest Lap

Competitor to win the race and to record the fastest race lap. Settled in accordance to our General Rules.

24. Handicap Betting

Settled in accordance to our General Rules. A handicap is applied to each driver’s race time. The driver with the best race time after applying the handicap is considered the winner of this market. Bets stand irrespective of non-runners. Any driver who competes but fails to finish is settled as a loser, should all drivers fail to complete the official laps confirmed pre-race then all bets are void. Dead-heat rules apply. Subsequent penalties will be disregarded for settlement purposes.

25. Winning Margin

Settled in accordance to our General Rules. should all drivers fail to complete the official laps confirmed pre-race then all bets are void.
