1. Singles Only
Bets on Entertainment and non-sporting events are available as singles only, unless otherwise stated on our website.
2. Maximum Payout
The maximum payout of any bet from our entertainment or non-sporting market is £10,000, unless otherwise stated for a particular event. This maximum applies to the payout to any one customer, in any one day. Dead Heat Rules and Rule 4s may apply.
3. Awards
3.1. Settlement of bets will be based upon the official result as announced at the awards ceremony on the day. Any subsequent appeal or disqualification will not count. If an award is refused or not accepted, this will be disregarded for settlement purposes and that selection will be deemed the winner regardless. If an award is given jointly, then dead heat rules will apply. If an award ceremony or event is cancelled or abandoned then all bets placed will be void unless the result of the specified market has already been announced.

4. Big Brother & Reality TV Shows
4.1 Bets will be settled on the official results. any subsequent issue will be disregarded.
4.2 All stakes will be void on any contestant who fails to participate in the competition. Rule 4 may apply
4.3 In outright markets any competitor who withdraws after the show has started will be settled as a loser.
4.4 The person will be deemed to be evicted as and when they leave the show.
4.5 In eviction markets anyone leaving of their own accord or removed by the TV programme will also be deemed a loser.
4.6 If an eviction is cancelled and the voting process starts again, all bets on that market will be made void.
4.7 If a participant re-enters the show after being evicted or removed then they will be deemed a new contestant and previous bets will not stand. Contestants who withdraw from the competition and later return will be classed as new candidates.
4.8 If two or more contestants leave in any one eviction and the sequence of eviction is clear then that result will stand. If the sequence of eviction is not clear then dead heat rules will apply.
4.9 If a series is cancelled prematurely then all open bets will be deemed void and stakes returned unless an official result has been declared.
4.10 If any new candidates are introduced then they will be added to the original market.
5. X-Factor, Strictly Come Dancing, Britain's Got Talent & Other International Talent Shows
5.1 If two or more contestants are evicted at the same time then dead heat rules will apply.
5.2 If a contestant fails to take part then bets on the contestant will be made void and a Rule 4 may apply.
5.3 Settlement will be based on the official result as declared on the night. Any subsequent issue will be disregarded.
5.4 All bets are settled on how they originally entered the competition. Any deviation such as solo artist joining a group will be deemed as a losing bet.
5.5 Additional competitors may be added at a later stage. The winner announced on the day will be deemed the winner for betting purposes.
5.6 Any competitor who withdraws after the show starts will be settled as a loser in Outright markets.
6. Eurovision, Miss World
6.1 Settlement will be based on the official result as declared on the night. Any subsequent issue will be disregarded. Dead heat rules may apply.
6.2.1 In match bets if both selections do not progress from the Semi Finals then the bet is void.
6.2.2 If one selection makes the final and one doesn’t then the winner is the one that makes it through.
6.3 To qualify bets on the Semi Finals will be settled on the official result given on the night of the event. Any subsequent issue will be disregarded.
7. Christmas Number 1
7.1 Singles or bands that are not in the original list of betting opportunities will be considered on their own merit, and can be included at any time in the betting.
7.2 Bets placed on any artist who combines with any other artist(s) will only stand if the specific grouping is confirmed upon placing the bet.
8. Love Island
8.1 In the outright market, if a couple not named wins then all bets will be a loser as “others on request” was available.
9. Christmas Day TV Ratings
UK Television most viewers markets: markets will be settled in accordance with the viewing figures recorded by BARB (Broadcasters Audience Research Board) as found on their website - www.barb.co.uk
10. Snow on Christmas Day
For the purposes of this market a single snow flake must be observed falling in the 24 hours of December 25th from the weather station at the relevant International Airport.
