The Jackpots (Epic Community)

The Jackpots consists of four progressive Jackpot tiers: Epic Community, Major, Minor, and Rapid.

How to Play

  1. A Jackpot Contribution of 10p will be placed each time you play a game round.

This is in addition to your standard slot stake. i.e. £1.00 slot stake + £0.10 The Jackpots stake = £1.10 staked in total.

How do I win The Jackpots?

To be eligible to win any of the four Jackpot Tiers, you must have accepted the Game Rules by clicking ‘Opt In’ and play an Eligible Game.

The Jackpot payout rules upon a win are:

Rapid: Single Winner
Minor: Single Winner
Major: Single Winner
Epic Community: Payout with 50% of the winning amount going to one player that triggers the Epic jackpot, and the remaining 50% is shared equally by 500 randomly selected players who have placed a jackpot contribution in the 24 hours prior to the Epic Community drops.

What is the Epic Community Payout?

Unlike standard jackpots where "the winner takes it all," a Community Payout splits a portion of the Epic Community Jackpot among multiple players. This means more winners every time the big prize drops!

What is the prize for Epic Community?

  • 50% of Epic Community Pot goes to 1 Player

  • 50% of Epic Community Pot is shared equally by 500 random players

How many customers qualify for Epic Community Payout?

  • Epic 1 Winner

  • Community 500 random Winners

How do I qualify for Community Payout?

Community Winners need to have placed a minimum Jackpot Contribution of 10p in the 24 hours before the Epic drops. The RNG will determine at random the list of community players that are eligible for the community payout.

Do I need to be online at the exact moment it drops to win a community share?

Not necessarily! If you are one of the community winners when a jackpot tier drops, your share will be credited to your account even if you aren't logged in at that moment.

What is the additional 10p I see being taken?

By opting in, an additional £0.10 will be deducted from your real money balance per spin. A portion of this will be added to the progressive jackpot pots. Bonus funds cannot be used to fund a Jackpot Contribution. Each Jackpot bet contributes 70% towards the Jackpot (17.5% per tier).

Does this effect the Base game of the slot I am playing?

The Jackpot Contribution is deducted from your player balance at the same time as your game wager when you hit spin. The resolution of the Jackpot bet is independent of the results of the underlying game played.

What is the RTP for The Jackpots?

The Return to Player (RTP) of ‘The Jackpots’ is 70%. The RTP of Casino Jackpot is independent and it won’t affect the RTP of the casino game played. Players can review casino game rules for specific RTP information.

How do the Jackpots Trigger?

The Jackpots are triggered randomly upon placing a Jackpot Contribution. If triggered, one of the Jackpot Tiers will be awarded at random.

When a jackpot round is triggered, a wheel will appear showing prizes available to win. After spinning, you will be notified of your prize, and winnings will be credited to your account balance as real cash without wagering requirements.

Can I use Bonus funds to play?

The Jackpots’ can only be played with real money. If your real money balance is insufficient to cover the Jackpot Contribution after placing a wager on an Eligible Game, then the Jackpot Contribution will not be placed.

What Seed Value does each Jackpot Tier start at?

After a Jackpot Tier has been won, that Jackpot Tier will reset to the following original seed value as described below;

Rapid: £10.00

Minor: £50.00

Major: £1,000.00

Epic: £250,000.00

Is there a guaranteed value that the Jackpot will be won at?

Each Jackpot Tier is guaranteed to be won if it reaches its so-called “must drop” value. The “must drop” values for the Jackpot Tiers are:

Rapid: £50.00

Minor: £250.00

Major: £6,500.00

Epic Community: £1,000,000.00

What happens if I disconnect during the Jackpot Wheel Feature?

If you are disconnected during a Jackpot Wheel round, any winnings you are entitled to will be automatically credited to your account balance. You can review these credits by navigating to Account- Bet History – Casino section where your most recent round’s credit amount will be displayed.

Can I play concurrently across all accounts I hold with BV Gaming Limited?

No. Concurrent play is not allowed.

The Jackpots progressive jackpot is made available on the same terms and aggregated across all BV Gaming Limited websites under the following brands:

BetVictor, Heart Bingo, Smooth Spins, Parimatch, talkSPORT BET and Betano.

Important: Participation in ‘The Jackpots’ is strictly limited to one active session per individual across all BV Gaming Limited brands at any given time.

If you hold accounts with more than one BV Gaming Limited brand, you may log in to multiple accounts; however:

You must NOT:

  • place Jackpot Contributions on more than one account at the same time

  • participate in ‘The Jackpots’ concurrently across different brands

Doing so is considered misuse of the feature.

If concurrent participation is identified, BV Gaming Limited reserves the right to:

(i) suspend or block further participation;

(ii) withhold or void any related Jackpot winnings obtained during the period of concurrent play;

(iii) reclaim any paid winnings; and/or (iv) close or restrict related accounts where appropriate.

All Jackpot outcomes and winnings are subject to verification and confirmation by BV Gaming Limited and are final once validated.  BV Gaming shall not be liable for any incorrect or failed Jackpot outcomes caused by technical, hardware, network or display errors. If any winnings are credited to your account in error for any reason, including settlement, system, or technical faults, such amounts shall not be valid winnings and may be reversed or reclaimed. You agree to return any monies received in error upon request.   Where a Jackpot transaction is voided due to such error or malfunction, any corresponding Jackpot Contribution deducted will be refunded, and no entitlement to a Jackpot prize shall arise from that transaction.
