1. Postponement Rules
Bets placed on postponed or cancelled matches will stand so long as the game is replayed within 1 calendar day of the original start time. If the match does not take place within 1 calendar day of the original kick-off time the bet will be void unless the result for the specified market has already been determined.

2. Change of Venue
If a match is no longer played at the venue advertised, bets already placed will stand provided that the home team is still designated as such and the venue has not been changed to the opponent’s ground. If the home and away team for a match are reversed, then bets placed on the original listing will be void.

3. 4.5 Innings Rule
Winners and losers are official after 5 full innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4.5 innings. Extra innings count on all wagers. If a game is called or suspended, the winner is determined by Las Vegas rules (game and totals).

4. 6.5 Innings Rule

Total and Run Line betting (for 7 innings games) - The game must go at least 7 full innings (or 6½ innings if the team batting second is ahead) for bets to have action. However, if the game total has already gone over the quoted total, then bets on the over will be settled as winners, with the bets on the under settled as losers. This may occur where at the natural conclusion of the game , the outcome of the total quoted would be determined. For example, if a game is called at 4-4, bets on over 8 or 8.5 would be a winner, whereas bets on the under 8 and 8.5 would be a loser, since any natural conclusion to the match would have to be at least 9 runs.

5. 8.5 Innings Rule
When wagering on total runs over/under or run lines, the game must go at least 9 full innings, (or 8.5 if home team is ahead) for all bets to stand. However, if the game total has already gone over the quoted total, then bets on the over will be settled as winners, with bets on the under settled as losers. This may occur where at the natural conclusion of the game, the outcome of the total quoted would be determined. For example, if a game is called or suspended at 4-4, bets on over 8 or 8.5 would be a winner whereas bets on under 8 or 8.5 would be a loser, since any natural conclusion to the match would have at least 9 runs.

6. MLB Betting
Pitchers are listed. Should the stated pitcher for either side not start the game (throw at least the first pitch for his team) then all pre-event markets will be made void.

6.1. Total Hits Runs & Errors

  • It has to be a full game - 9 innings to have action (8½ if the home team is ahead).

  • All Bets are based on listed pitchers.

6.2. Bet Builder Requests
In the event of a pitcher change all bets will be deemed void.

7. Non-MLB baseball
All bets will stand regardless of who pitches for each team. The 8.5 innings rule applies although in the event of a 'Mercy Rule' being called, all bets will stand on the score at the time. Bets will be made void on all postponed or cancelled games but will stand for games delayed by inclement weather.

8. 2-way Markets
In 2-way markets push rules apply unless otherwise stated below. Stakes on single bets are returned, and in multiples/parlays the selection is treated as a non-runner.

9. Ante-Post/Series Betting/ Outright, Pennant and Divisional Betting.

Ante Post

Regular Season Wins/Match-Ups - Team must complete at least 160 regular season games for bets to have action unless the remaining games during the course of the season do not affect the result.

Regular Season Specials – All markets refer to season statistics accrued in MLB and are transferable between American League and National League. Statistics accrued in any other League do not count. Unless stated otherwise all bets stand regardless of season length.

Series Betting

Bets are void if the statutory number of games (according to the respective governing organisations) are not completed or are changed.

Outright, Pennant and Divisional Betting

All bets stand regardless of team relocation, team name change, season length or playoff format.

If a specific stage or round (e.g. Divisional Phase), or a competition in its entirety is not completed for any reason, then where bets have been placed on a market after the final completed relevant fixture, bets will be void.

10. In Play Rules

11. To Go To Extra Innings

16. A score in half inning/hit in half inning (current/next)

17. Team to have most hits in the inning (current/next)

19. Double Result
Betting opportunity where the aim is to predict which team will be winning or whether the game will be tied after 5 full innings, and then which team will eventually win the game including extra innings. Bets will be void if the game does not go at least 8.5 innings.

20. Daily MLB Player Specials

20.1. All bets are singles only.

20.2. If any player plays no part in the game then the bet will be made void.

20.3. Definition of player performance as follows:

Earned Runs are any run scored and charged to a pitcher that is not achieved as a result of an error or passed ball.

Singles are those hits where the batter safely hits a fair ball and reaches first base without advancing further. Batters that reach first base on an error or a fielder’s choice are not credited with a Single.

Strikeouts are credited when a plate appearance ends in a combination of three swinging or looking strikes.

Hits are credited when a batter reaches any base as a result of putting the ball in play. Batters that reach base as a result of an error or fielder’s choice are not credited with a Hit.

Homeruns are credited when a batter puts the ball in play and scores on the same play prior to being called out.

Total Bases are credited based on the type of Hit recorded by the batter. Singles = 1 base, Doubles = 2 bases, Triples = 3 bases and Homeruns = 4 bases.

Outs are credited to a pitcher when a pitcher or his team retires a batter or baserunner, typically as a result of a groundout, flyout, popout or strikeout.

Stolen Bases are credited when a baserunner advances from one base to another while the ball is otherwise not in play. Baserunners that advance as a result of an error, passed ball or wild pitch are not credited with a Stolen Base.

Runs are credited when a baserunner crosses home plate, resulting in a run being scored for their team.

Hits Allowed are charged to a pitcher when an opposing batter reaches base by putting the ball in play without the benefit of an error or fielder’s choice.
